Release a hung license from a ArcGIS 9.x License Manager server

To check on the license availability:

C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\lmutil lmstat -a -c

To Release a hung license:

C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\lmutil lmremove -c . -h
